Frederick A. Kiegel, Esquire, nicknamed "Rick" by friends, family and colleagues, began a career in law at Widener University School of Law in 1988 at the age of 28, and graduated with honors in 1992.

Following undergraduate studies at Rutgers University, Mr. Kiegel learned the art of searching title to real estate, and eventually completed law school studies while also operating a profitable Title Abstract business. After a 2 year stint with a Philadelphia-based litigation firm handling toxic tort and defense litigation matters, Mr. Kiegel began a solo general practice of law in Cherry Hill, New Jersey in 1995; and later opened a second office in Hillsborough, New Jersey prior to forming Beacham and Kiegel.

Mr. Kiegel is currently licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, with a practice focused, though not limited, to representation of individuals in the purchase and sale of a home in all areas of central New Jersey. Mr. Kiegel personally closes hundreds of purchase, sale and mortgage refinance matters per year, and provides personal attention and guidance to each client throughout the entire transaction.

Mr. Kiegel resides in the greater Princeton area, and enjoys golf, basketball, guitar and fine wine. A frequent guest lecturer on real estate matters, Mr. Kiegel is a past winner of a "Best of the Best" award from the Courier News in the category "Best Real Estate Attorneys", and considered by many industry professionals as one of the preeminent real estate practitioners in New Jersey.

Robert J. Beacham, Esquire is an attorney with more than 25 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in the areas of family law, general and business litigation, residential real estate and municipal law in all courts of the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Beacham graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1990 where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Seton Hall Law Review. Upon graduation, Mr. Beacham practiced at one of New Jersey’s most prestigious law firms located in Newark, New Jersey before moving on to start his own firm in 1998. Having been raised in Montgomery Township, Mr. Beacham returned to Somerset County to form Nee & Beacham in Hillsborough, New Jersey; predecessor to the firm of Beacham and Kiegel.

Mr. Beacham has represented clients in all areas of the law ranging from municipal court matters through complex matters before the New Jersey Supreme Court. He currently handles cases which include, but are not limited to, contract disputes, family or divorce matters, landlord-tenant disputes, traffic violations, criminal matters, and residential and commercial real estate transactions.

A longtime resident of Bernardsville, New Jersey where he lives with his wife and two daughters, Mr. Beacham is an avid fan of all sports and enjoys travel. Mr. Beacham is a member of the New Jersey and Somerset County Bar Associations.
